Pros
I was exposed to every aspect of the market research project, and was able to see projects from start to finish. The small team environment at Accelerant Research allowed me to have more opportunity and take on more responsibility at an earlier stage in my career than at most larger firms. My co-workers at Accelerant were always happy to lend a hand, and even more senior staff members don't mind helping out with the "dirty work". My time at Accelerant gave me a huge advantage in the recruiting process and prepared me very well for my next market research job.
Cons
There isn't much advancement opportunity beyond the Director/Senior Manager level. If you come in as an entry-level Project Analyst, you will likely max out your title in about 3-4 years. However, upper management realizes this, and they will help you make that next step after you've reached that level.
