      Pros

      You learn to work in a small work environment if you haven't before.

      Cons

      The boss is very emotional and unprofessional, using being from New York as a way to excuse such behavior. There are occasionally racist remarks made and he almost brags about the previous employees he has hired and fired. The employees are cautious around him, as to not upset him and send him into a tantrum.

      Pros

      -The employees were great -Small group of people -Moved up in pay during my time there -If the boss likes you, you are treated well

      Cons

      One of the owners is a somewhat emotional, meaning that working there can be a rollercoaster. It was a little bit of a middle school environment while I was there, with gossip and anger. There is a lot of employee turnover, so the environment could be different now. Not a company you stay at more than 4 years and the owner says that.

      Pros

      very much a learning opportunity, you will learn an insane amount here and never be bored. the coworkers are the best and I've made some of my closest friends here.

      Cons

      ridiculously fast paced, extremely stressful. no HR department, which can be more than frustrating. COO Bill is the best person in the world but can't protect you from inappropriate comments from higher ups.
