Love the staff, management did keep us updated on things going on within the company.

Cons

could not work remote, after they put me under a new manager, which i did not request to be done. No opportunities to move in my career

-Flat org; leadership is focused on identifying top-performers -Lots of opportunity to take ownership of new processes, products -High-growth environment creates opportunities everywhere -Good pay and benefits -Flexible work location

Cons

-Start-up environment lacks mature/formal procedures -Hiring fast but also firing fast. Several lay-offs after recent acquisition with consolidation -Workload can be an issue at times
