      Love the staff, management did keep us updated on things going on within the company.

      Cons

      could not work remote, after they put me under a new manager, which i did not request to be done. No opportunities to move in my career

      -Flat org; leadership is focused on identifying top-performers -Lots of opportunity to take ownership of new processes, products -High-growth environment creates opportunities everywhere -Good pay and benefits -Flexible work location

      Cons

      -Start-up environment lacks mature/formal procedures -Hiring fast but also firing fast. Several lay-offs after recent acquisition with consolidation -Workload can be an issue at times

      Ability to make relationships Great deal of freedom

      Cons

      No real organization Network infrastructure in place may or may not actually be there Your ability to quote prospects with more than one location is nonexistent Installs take too long Overpromise and underdeliver seems to be the Modus operandi Executive leadership cannot make a decision without consulting the Board of Directors. The board of directors and executive leadership are not on the same page and do not understand their market.
