There are some great leaders in this company. The collaboration and teamwork is impressive.
Cons
The pay leaves much to be desired. They offer a yearly bonus and a yearly raise but it’s negligible. I am salary, I often work 7 days a week and 12 hour days. My bosses do the same. My colleagues do the same. If you don’t do this you feel looked down upon. For working from home this is probably the least work life balance I’ve ever had. If the pay was better I’d never leave. I know that the pay is not something that’s up for discussion. I was thrown into my role with very poor training. I was also not given much structure or clear expectations.
