      Working for Absolute Storage Management is challenging. If you are a property manager be prepared to be on call 24/7.

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility in decision making. Fun environment to work in. Somewhat reachable incentives and bonus plans.

      Cons

      If your property is not owned by Absolute Storage Management you will be placed on the back burner. Software being used company wide is the worst I have ever encountered. Lots of "brown nosing" within the company employees. Meaningless managers meetings.

      Nice people, good pay and bonuses

      Cons

      They don't care much for the facilities they don't own. If you happen to work at a property that's for sale they don't give you as much assistance as needed. You will be put on the back burner.

      Pros

      Great company to work for...much freedom to preform and take responsibility for getting the job done. Superior guidance, support,and training from the corporate level. People at all levels were great to work for and with. Performance was rewarded both monetarily and with advancement.

      Cons

      Third party management company.....good people loose there jobs when properties are not held.
