Pros
None at all. Corporate management does not understand business nor support team.
Cons
This is by far the WORST company I have ever experienced.
I was semi retired after 30 years in senior management and reffered to SuperTenders by close friend of CEO. I accepted position in management but was quickly placed into overnight call center. I actually loved the team and working with tenants to resolve maintenance issues. Although the boots-on-ground management was awesome they were consistently challenged by executive committee. There were few policies and the company was run based on the whims of executive committee and emotions of CEO and especially a VP.
I was promoted to Director of Business Development and bled dry. After two months in position I was told I was bringing in new business at a rate the company could not sustain and told to “quit selling “. Two months later I was not productive enough.
The management in Utah was just as bad. HR ignored requests for advice and “buried” evidence of abuse and discrimination.
I was fired for not signing the company “Oath” which required employees to lie, cheat, and NEVER question management. I was never so happy to be fired in my life. I had a substantial law suit that I did not pursue because of close friend ties to Susan Albern the CEO.
