Don't get sick at this company; They wont honor your doctor notes. They want you to be in office daily to collaborate... but I can go a week without talking to 3 of my 6 coworkers in a month. Only operations and strategy communicate daily and its weird dynamic.... They also ZERO 401k matching. You think you have a voice but it will fall on deaf ears. The office decor looks like its out of morgue.
