Pros

Flexible, remote or hybrid working options

Cons

The individuals who carry out essential work (such as accessibility consultants) appear to be the least valued or appreciated within the organisation. Ethically questionable and non-transparent decisions have been made during recent rounds of redundancies. Despite promoting inclusivity, the company culture can often feel impersonal and, at times, even rather unkind due to the behaviour of certain individuals. A recurring issue is the combination of overly high expectations and unrealistic workloads, which take a toll on employees’ mental health and contribute to high staff turnover.

Pros

Amazing mission and fabulous team focused on something that matters increasingly in this digitised world we live in.

Cons

We have a lot of tenured staff within a medium sized team and therefore opportunities for promotion are a little limited but lots of chances for sideways moves/new skills development
