Pros

The company is excellent at providing equipment and training and continues training to ensure that skills levels are update. The role allowed me to support disabled people in the workplace and through education.

Cons

Recently lost bid to continue to deliver DSA assessment so all assessors being made redundant.

Pros

Exposure to assistive technology & knowledge of accessibility. Some individuals are nice.

Cons

Unrealistic workload, staff are constantly overworked well beyond contract hours without pay. Unnecessarily stringent office rules and review system that puts staff under extra pressure. Staff are arbitrary treated like mechanical parts. Harsh working environment overall.
