9yHello! We know that working major holidays really sucks sometimes! Unfortunately, most of our individuals do not have family of their own. This means our Direct Support staff are required to work some holidays - we don't want our individuals alone on the holidays! Re: "violent clientele" - some of our individuals do have aggressive behaviors and that is tough for all involved. We do try to provide the best training we can (Tools of Choice) to assist our staff with those difficult situations. Thank you for your feedback.
