Abilities interview questions

They don't really interview they just hire they don't ask you any questions about your previous job all they do is ask how much you want to get paid and they usually tell you about $.50 less what you asked and that's about it you're hired just got to do your TB test

Met with the director, discussed expectations of what the position I was applying for. The director asked why I thought I was the right person for the position. I gave my answer. After about 30 minutes we shook hands and I left the office she contacted me 3 days later and offered me the position
