Pros
The company has a technician focused atmosphere. From the salary, commission, benefits, and job experience, Abell Pest Control has been an excellent introduction to the pest control industry. In my opinion, they are an industry leader, setting a very high bar for personal and business growth.
Cons
The company often leaves the technicians with a lot of freedom in how they choose to run their routes. For independent self-m,motivated individuals, this is an amazing positive. But for the people who are expecting a steady "punch-in, punch out" 9-5 career, this is not for them. You have to be the kind of person to be able to handle pest control challenges on your own with little supervision.
