Pros
Work schedule has been consistent without too many periods of overtime or overworked. Lots of training and learning opportunities available, both in-company and out of company. Good reimbursement policies for most out-of-pocket expenses. Mentorship opportunities.
Cons
PTO offered is rather lackluster and should be more, especially since it's shared between time off and sick time. Advancement is there if you can get your managers to help connect you to other departments, but working onsite for a client, it feels really slow. When you do get to advance, the pay increase is capped pretty low and should be raised higher to encourage company loyalty and growth.
