      They take care of their employees, salary is good, good network of co-employees. Good insurance coverage.

      Cons

      No real bonuses, no Covid sick days, insurance is a bit pricey.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
