      They offer training to help you further your career.

      Cons

      They are a bit unorganized at times and everyone has their own way of doing certain things. For such a large company, their software to manage their projects seems antiquated.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
