      The company has a great customer base and some in leadership are good to with.

      The company overall is ok but is very siloed and unorganized. There too many regions doing things differently and there is a lack of cohesion.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
