Pros

The training portal is top notch and they're great for upskilling their technicians, however the technicians have to self-train. The management is receptive to communication, understands that clients and account managers are a bridge, not a punching bag.

Cons

Career Progression is very slow. Accolades, Certifications, Licenses, and learning credits do not equate to any additional pay. If you work on a contract, you're not subject to any guarantee for quality of life adjustments.

Pros

Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

Cons

Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
