      Research staff that is proactive with technology. Many online tools to be efficient. Lots of available internal technical support . Work life balance is great. More technical training than you can handle.

      Cons

      Heavy workload. Each region seems to be overwhelmed and understaffed. Continuous turnover with Project Managers is concerning.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
