They have great benefits. They really try to make people feel included. They appreciate their workers.
Cons
There are people who are higher up that don’t protect their employees from their peers. There were racial and sexist comments made and it was up to you to do something. If you speak up you get into trouble. Had to walk on eggshells for a long time till I left. Had to learn a lot on my own.
