A few key top level leader changes in recent years have impacted the ease of doing business. Stringent restraints around sharing projects outside of your market make quality control impossible. We are not making the identical french fry in each location and need flexibility as client demands dictate. While some incentive structures and programs can be quite rewarding, others are weakened by unrealistic goal setting and less than level recognition for work performed in select departments.
