      Pros

      The worlds #1 commercial AV integrator. Big projects. Lots of big name clients. Paid training.

      Cons

      owned by a giant investment firm, and that is where the loyalty ultimately lies. very poor medical/dental/vision insurance, virtually no 401k match. 3 giant corporate mergers in 5 years, resulting in long spells of confusion on processes, lack of accountability, and high turnover.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
