      Pros

      Over the last two years it has gotten worse. Too much disconnect between corporate and the offices that wasn’t there a couple years ago.

      Cons

      Many new processes that are broken and have to keep changing.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
