      Pros

      Large org. Lots of training available. If you love process for the sake of process, or diversity & inclusion over competence or even basic intelligence, this is the place for you. Go for it.

      Cons

      Incompetence all around. 99 of 100 clients dissatisfied. 99 of 100 projects loosing money. Lowest compensation in industry. Absolutely no ability to influence change. They preach the same mantra year over year, with new management after new mgmt. Same results. Goodbye and I will never allow AVISPL to work on or around any of my future projects. Never.

      They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

      Cons

      The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
