Every day comes with new challenges and teams here work collaboratively to accomplish objectives. In an expanding market, the future is bright.

      Nothing you wouldn't expect in a high volume environment with multiple inter-departmental dependencies.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
