      Good work/life balance (for sales), friendly and experienced peers, long standing experience in the industry, amazing local leadership

      Cons

      Poor communication from executive leadership about company's direction, lack of resources for sales staff, reliance on account managers is too strong and responsibilities are not divied up among staff evenly

      They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

      The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
