      Pros

      good money, chance for advancement, straight forward bosses and great training and if you like traveling across the country and maybe even out of country this is the job for you.

      Cons

      Hard work, long hours, traveling all over if you don't like traveling, a lot of training is need to feel useful and basic carpenter skills would be perfect with tech skills.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
