Cons
Corporate HQ projects a "bottom line is the only thing that matters" attitude. Corporate employees and select other positions can earn bonuses. The people in the trenches are neglected in monetary bonuses for hard work. Company and office in-fighting is exhausting and frustrates support staff. The supposed perks as part of the investment company who controls company interest is nothing more than a repackaging of existing discounts available to anyone who is willing to look on the internet for good deals. While health plans appeared to improve in cost slightly this year, when you really do the calculations, one will find that the improvement is extremely minimal.
