      AVI-SPL has some excellent leadership, especially the CEO and COO. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the company and the workplace. AVI-SPL also provides employees an opportunity to learn and grow and move up.

      Cons

      AVI-SPL needs to continue to develop their leaders and managers to create better working environments.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
