Pros
Teamwork is great. Also, the available resources for HR, IT, Payroll and Travel assist in their areas of expertise. The benefits are comprehensive. The local office is nice and often has ways to learn about new product and meet vendors to build relationships.
Cons
The workload can sometimes be very difficult to handle and the work / life balance is lacking. Communication from the corporate office and higher-ups is needed, preferably using the company intranet.
