      Pros

      I have been working for AVISPL for over 5 years. I have had several opportunities to go somewhere else but I chose to stay. This company offers great potentials.

      Cons

      I drive over 100 miles per day (round trip) to work. I think it speaks for itself! I would have not drove over 30,000 miles per year if I thought this company was not a GREAT company to work for!

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
