      Pros

      Nice enviroment, nice people. You can grow as a proffesional if you work hard. Growing company with a lot to do.

      Cons

      No benefits. Low salaries. Poor management, many unnessary bosses. Needs more qualified proffesional. Lot of manual processes and mistakes.

      It was a good employment for the time

      I'm trying to get a reference from them for migration purposes and the haven't answered any of my emails in months. Terrible! I haven't had this problem with other employers I worked with.
