      Pros

      Flexible Telework schedule and PTO can be sold at end of the year. Those the only pros I can list.

      Cons

      Inexperienced hires due to inexpensive labor, management with no technical experiences, benefits are mediocre, promotional opportunites are granted only to those who are friends with management, professionals get paid 16 percent less than the average market, rare job opportunities after roll off.
