Management team poorly trained and aren't strong when facing their team; Managers allow childish behaviours and lack on social management skills; On the shop floor you are allowed a little bit too much freedom so everyone work things their own way which means sometimes people end up wasting time undoing and redoing things; Managers treat people differently, people let their friendships at work get on the way; Night team gets forgotten often, even though they run around and work so short staffed, while day team gets rewarded for everything and anything; Career opportunities only if you are going to work like a slave OR do nothing because you have got "friends" at work / corrupted environment
