Where ASDA previously adopted a Servant Leadership Style within its Senior Team, getting things done with and through others WILLINGLY and WELL to now just GET IT DONE! Wages and productivity are continuously being squeezed and challenged to reduce prices, meaning more volume is being pumped into the shops with fewer hours to deliver a standards.
