      discount card system ( after 3 months)

      Cons

      Pay is flat rate for overtime, all hourly staff are on the same amount regardless of job or skills, (delivery driver that is on the road (dangerous situation) is paid the same as a shelf packer) lowest pay amongst all supermarkets.
