Pros

- Having no work to do due to the managers not allocating delivery slots, allocating one or two deliveries to one '8 Hour' shift or being left waiting for hours for the deliveries due to lack of staff packing deliveries. - Leaving, as all but one of the other drivers also did during my time working there, such a high turnover should be a key indicator that employees are not happy.

Cons

- Managers who do not care about fixing fundamental issues with organization. - Never paid correct salary, and when underpaid they will only give 2/3 of the underpayment within 3-5 days despite it being their fault, other 1/3 is supposed to come next payday but is never seen. - Waiting for hours at the start of a shift i.e shift start at 6am, delivery slot not until 11am, sometimes this will only be for a slot which will take less than an hour. - NONE of the vans should pass the S.H.I.E.L.D test done before deeming if the vans are roadworthy, most are not and had issues for months which were never fixed. Many lacking necessities such as trollies to carry the shopping and cradles to carry a sat-nav.
