Pros
Met some really nice people of different ages that will be my friends. Helped improve my confidence and you also get paid the same no matter your ages which is good!
Cons
Mangers are often ageist. If you are young then you are more likely to be pulled up than older people. Company values are used to suit as and when. They show no loyalty!!!!
