Pros
Many different areas to work and learn. Logistics is full of various opportunities at differing levels and if you want to progress you can. My manager allows me to manage my own time.
Cons
Sometimes the workload can become a bit much. Lots of restructures and more risk the higher you progress. Logistics pay is good for operatives. External managers get higher rates of pay compared to internal promotions.
