Pros
You do learn a whole lot from the constant customer contact and co workers are generally friendly which allows you to socialise and enjoy your shifts.
Cons
The whole work force is politicised and its all about how well you know the people to get what you want done including taking holidays etc. Management can be rude at times and uncaring.
