The store managers where understanding when it came to family issues. The job if you are physically up for it is a enjoyable job and seeing the elderly happy your there and been able to help them.
Cons
High turnover of staff and management made it so that there is no proper structure and seems like managers and staff alike wing most days. The upper management on the area manager level don't interact with any proper issues and care more for bonuses been paid out.
