The owner is very controlling example feels they have control over LinkedIn Can’t speak of now. But when working they over book contracts. And due to short staffing they fail to meet deadlines. Your work is often delayed due to this factor. 100 percent billable but that is The listed owner is a co owner. She is not bad to work with. The founder is the issue
