Some of the people make the job great.
Cons
Never knowing who's in charge of what. No training and then being berated with negative criticism as to why you can't do your job. Little to no notice of when you will be traveling for a job. Upper management do not care about their employees; it's all about profits. An open door policy is just an invite to be yelled at instead of bringing things up that may keep people safe or happy in their jobs. Just because people have been there for decades does not mean they are good people; once again do not buy into the notion of "we are a family".
