Pros
Not only does ARYSE have strong values, but they stick to them. Even through heavy criticism, the leadership does not waiver from their views and their beliefs. The managers show value and respect to those they manage, and the employees work together to solve problems on a daily basis. People at ARYSE are encouraged to work hard, be creative, and value team above self. Most hold true to these values.
Cons
The culture tends to feel exclusive to those who do not fit the culture of ARYSE. Some employees feel that they will not get the same opportunities if they do not live out the values of ARYSE in their personal lives. While I believe this to be a misconception on the part of those employees, it may need to be more clearly communicated by leadership moving forward that there is no discrimination in advancement opportunities.
