Pros

The company is filled with bright and capable employees.

Cons

I worked at ARMRA for a while and was deeply committed to the culture. I consistently invested in my work and took pride in supporting cross-functional collaboration and internal alignment. Over time, I experienced ongoing inconsistency in leadership at the C-suite level, communication, and performance expectations. Direction and feedback frequently shifted without written reinforcement or clear documentation, and coaching was primarily delivered verbally in live conversations, with limited written follow-up or documentation to reinforce alignment. This created repeated challenges in maintaining clarity and consistency over time. As a result, there was often a disconnect between informal feedback conversations and how performance was ultimately assessed in formal decision-making. The termination process did not feel consistent with prior feedback or fully supported by a transparent review of context and performance history. While I valued the work itself and many of my colleagues, I believe there are important structural gaps in leadership communication and performance management that future employees should be aware of. In environments like this, it is especially important to ensure expectations and feedback are clearly documented and aligned in writing. Prospective employees should be cautious in assuming that verbal feedback will consistently align with formal performance evaluations and should prioritize written confirmation of expectations wherever possible. Document everything for your own protection. Over time, I experienced ongoing inconsistency in leadership at the C-suite level, communication, and performance expectations. Pros

ARMRA is truly a place where you can come in and grow your career. I have seen people start as managers and become VPs within two years, which speaks to the opportunity and trust given to high performers. There are team members with real longevity here who value that growth and understand the realities and growing pains of a high-growth environment. While the pace is fast, it is absolutely possible to set boundaries that work for you and your life. You can be in a high-growth, high-impact environment while still protecting your peace. ARMRA is an exciting place to be, and if you are motivated and ambitious, you can truly soar here.

Cons

ARMRA operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can move quickly and expectations are high. The pace can be intense at times, especially during key growth moments or launches, and requires adaptability and strong time management. While this environment creates opportunities for rapid learning and meaningful impact, it may not be the right fit for those who prefer a slower, more predictable cadence.

Pros

Worked with some truly wonderful people

Cons

Working at ARMRA was the worst experience of my career. The stress and toxicity that runs throughout the company is unavoidable, even if you are a person who typically is able to maintain a work/life balance is high pressure work environments, you will NOT be able to here. You think it can't get worse and then somehow it always does. There are a very few number of people who get away with doing the absolute bare minimum, and somehow get rewarded due to favoritism. While others are expected to jump through endless hoops, not take any PTO or very little, and face constant abuse on a daily basis. Constant turnover of employees with no backfill leads to one person doing the job of 4+ people for not additional pay. ARMRA is essentially a cult. Leadership fuels a culture of fear. Anyone can be fired at the drop of a hat, and you are advised by middle management to keep receipts of conversations and document everything. There is constant blame, finger pointing, and gaslighting of employees which is beyond exhausting on top of an already high-pressured and insanely fast-paced work environment. The founder preaches to employees on absorbing sunlight in the morning and all sorts of wellness tactics while actively promoting the most toxic work culture possible. Employees are frequently crying, having panic attacks, mental breakdowns, and even developing migraines and other health issues. I promise you that you will regret working here. Please don't do it, it will never be worth it!
