Pros
Regular staff are friendly but all fear about speaking up during calls as they get black listed by management as “hard to work with” or “bad attitude”.
Cons
Micromanagement, poor communication and unrealistic sales numbers pulled out of thin air. Top producers are lambasted for not meeting unrealistic numbers. Team managers taking credit for successful quarters and throwing teams under the bus during less productive quarters.
