Process was multi teared meet with HR first then onto multiple people (co workers and managers) then CEO then your new management and then the culture specialist. the culutre is good there.

4 interviews with relevant directors including a Corporate Culture interview. Organized process that covered a two week span. Did not get into compensation until end of second interview. Comp package seemed reasonable with some upside.
