Throwing challenges of much higher levels than one is equipped from past experience may lead to possible failures. Many - fairly relaxed work atmosphere, diverse clientele with great respect from all clients, very high internal benchmarks, adequate help and support from seniors, top management and company consultants. Flat organisation with easy access to all levels. Promising helpful colleagues. Centralised location with easy access.

Few - very stringent quality and excellence regime does not allow one to turn complacent, peak summer season means you have to forget summer vacation (well compensated with autumn/winter vacation)
