Pros

I worked there for sometime only and had a very bad experience. You r not an employee, simply a slave. Employees can't talk to each other, very long working hours (14-16). Never pay salary on time, they will even cal u on sundays etc. To be very straight this company is not good at all.

Cons

Challenges was to work till very late nd wait for the salary.

Pros

Good knowledge of the Annual Report business from an analyst point of view.

Cons

1. The type of business is Seasonal. The management tries to put work system in place. But at the end it is all hoch poch. During season its chaotic. The only system that works is just do what your Boss says. No trust on employee’s abilities- but Responsibility and Accountability are the two words used by management very frequently. After season, there is total lull. During this time employees were given steep sales target to achieve in non-season. If not achieved the target, then management forced resignation on current set of employees. Next season new recruitment; followed by the same cycle. 2. Here, working ethics were non- existent. Employees work hard during season. Almost day and night- they worked without getting any overtime paid. But as soon as season gets over, the management started finding faults and reasons to cut salary. Work and HR Policies were very flexible, and created perfectly to suit whims and wishes of the Management and not as per industry standards. Delayed salaries were a major concern here. 3. Most importantly, why do anyone go out to work? To earn money. But in this organization, getting salary on time was a problem. No incentives, no bonus. In today's time, work places are very challenging and demanding, and people as per their abilities perform well at work. At the end of the day, they get paid for the efforts put in. Idea is simple- you work you get paid. But when the management doesn’t have funds to pay their employees; they show a big juicy carrot to them about a big and promising future. Poor employees run like a donkey behind that juicy carrot, and after some time management will find issues to fire their employees. Make them wait for months to get their rightful money. Is it right? No!

Pros

None to mention. Or you could say the colleges are quite helpful from an office boy to your art director.

Cons

First experience in my career in which i got to know only negative about the company. They'll never pay you on time will stop your salary deliberately and not just of a month but of may be 2 months together. Heard them telling someone that they are out of funds but god knows how the so called management get their salary. Their personal problem is a problem and ours is...God knows. They love to play with their employees career. Want to ask who gave them this right..? Would suggest people to think not once or twice but end no. Of times as to where they are entring.
