      Various Leave benefits, additional family care leave, study leave etc Annual package is also decent, 2-3 months and above bonus if you are top tier ie get good traction with the bosses Good place to gain project management and operations skills

      Cons

      Will be difficult if your reporting officer is terrible, easy to be put under PIP and bonus affected CEO has a terrible temper

      The pay isn’t bad, but certainly not worth the trouble.

      Cons

      Very disorganized, lack of knowledge in upper management, doesn’t pay bills, abuses employees, tons of lawsuits, no real standards values or vision
